Each office space is unique and some require specialized janitorial tasks in addition to our routine office cleaning tasks listed below. We provide a complimentary evaluation and estimate based on your janitorial needs.Below is list of general janitorial tasks that are routinely performed at most office sites This list is general and we customize your office cleaning list based on any special janitorial needs you may have.

Clean interior glass as needed
Vacuum all carpeted areas
Wash tile, ceramic, and vinyl floors
Dust accessible windowsills, baseboards and other flat surfaces
Remove cob webs
Wipe light switches, door handles, and doors
Empty waste baskets

Commercial / Office Cleaning Policies
A signed agreement guarantees your cleaning date and time.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning services, contact us within 24 hours of service and we will re-clean your space within 2 business days at no additional cost.
Clients are responsible for notifying Relax Cleaning Service of any changes to the schedule or scope of cleaning. A two (2) day notice is required for scheduling changes.
Payment is due within 15 days of billing.
All bank charges incurred due to NSF checks will be passed on to the client at a flat rate of $25 per check.
Clients are charged in full if Relax Cleaning Service is unable to gain access to a facility through no fault of Relax Cleaning Service or its employees.
