Our courteous staff are well-trained and pay attention to detail. Our staff follow a comprehensive house cleaning checklist to ensure your home is consistently and thoroughly cleaned on every visit. We bring all of the necessary house cleaning products and equipment. However, if you have a special cleaning product you would like us to use, please let us know.Our General Package is just that, a tidy up cleaning of your home. Our cleaning teams are trained to clean heavy traffic areas. This package does not include ceiling fans or baseboards, Please click here if you require those items and possibly more for your home cleaning needs.
Our General cleaning package includes everything you'd come to expect from a professional cleaning company. A first-time “top to bottom” cleaning is required in all homes. This will get your home up to Relax Cleaning Service standards for regular maintenance for recurring services. Your cleaner will “pick-up” a reasonable amount of clothing, toys, etc while cleaning.
Our cleaning professionals are bonded and insured. All employees are subject to reference and criminal background checks before joining our cleaning teams. Not all household surfaces are cleanable but we will do our best to get all areas within reach.
Not all artifacts, sculptures, pictures, paintings, etc will be cleanable. Some cleaning jobs require additional time and additional charges, but we will never perform such services without your knowledge and consent. Our services are guaranteed to your satisfaction.

Residential Cleaning Policies
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards. Our cleaning staff has payment envelopes for your payment. We ask that you place your payment in the payment envelope, seal it, and return it to our cleaning staff.
We will monitor the actual cleaning time for the first 2-3 months of service and occasionally thereafter. Relax Cleaning Service will contact you to discuss possible price or service revisions if the cleaning time differs drastically from the original bid.
While we make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. Identical replacement is attempted, but not guaranteed. For this specific reason, we request all irreplaceable/valuable items (including but not limited to antiques, sentimentally valued items, one-of-a-kind items, expensive items, etc) be stored and/or not cleaned by our staff. Relax Cleaning Service must be notified within 48 hours of service if damage is discovered.
If we are specifically requested to clean inside of a hutch/china cabinet or dust any computer equipment, you agree not to hold Relax Cleaning Service or any of its employees responsible for damage to any article or component.
Please let us know if you have a preference for a certain cleaning product that you would like us to use. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
All bank charges incurred due to NSF checks will be passed on to the client at a flat rate of $25 per check.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning services, contact us within 24 hours of service and we will re-clean your home at no additional cost.
We kindly ask that you give us at least 2 business days notice if you need to cancel and/or re-schedule your cleaning appointment. We ask that you make your cancellation and re-scheduling request to our main office and not to our cleaning team members.
